The Williamson hall was alive with the sound of music at our Senior Citizens Christmas party on Saturday 3rd December. Decorations, garlands and a beautiful tree filled the hall along with cheerful friendly smiles, which alone makes a great atmosphere. The meal was delicious, as good as any first class hotel, served quickly and hot. Well done to Glen Catering, top marks from me.
Joyce White from Windygates was a good accordion player and singer and it went down well with us all.
Jim Aitken from Bridge of Earn, kept us all in stitches with his recitations and singing ballads.
14 year old Cameron McLaren from Cupar was just fantastic on his accordion. Well done Cameron. I'm sure he will go far if he keeps up with the music.
As usual there were lots of raffles, none for me though.
A truly wonderful evening was had by all, thanks to the work of the committee, especially Margaret and Eileen.
