The horticultural society has now been dormant for a few years and some of us are wondering if there is an interest in getting things growing again. We thought it best to organise an informal meeting in the Crees Inn on Monday the 15th of June at 8.30pm for those who are interested.
At this meeting we can see how many are interested and, probably more importantly, into what shape people want the society to grow.
In the past the society organised trips, learnt from speakers, ran the flower show and did many other things but going for- ward people may want to try some new things or prune some parts away.
